When you call, tell us how the car is sitting: nose first, on its side of the road or the far side, how far down, and whether the ground is soft. A photo on WhatsApp is even better.
Stay safe while you wait
If anyone is hurt, call 999 first. Otherwise get yourself and any passengers out of the car and away from the road, up the verge or behind a barrier if there is one. Put the hazard lights on if they still work and do not try to drive the car out yourself if it is stuck at an angle.
